What To Expect

Here is where you'll find instructions on how to commission me.-------1) If you would like to apply for a commission, make sure you're able to contact me.
You can contact me regarding a commission request through Discord.
My professional discord tag is ombrathefurry2.
_{Bear in mind this is my professional discord account. Please do not use it as a place to chat with me casually - Tumblr dms are open for that.}-------2) Do not panic if I don't immediately reply or accept your friend request.
I will get around to it as soon as possible. It may take up to a couple days for me to respond.-------3) Complete the commission agreement form prior to contacting me.
I will not accept your commission request unless you have completed the form.If you are commissioning me more than once, you must complete this agreement again. You must complete this form every time you make a commission.-------4) In your first message to me, please include the following:
- What type of commission you would like to buy (profile picture commission, gif commission, or art commission,)
- A reference sheet of the character you would like me to use (you may include more than one,)
- Details regarding your purchase, including what subtype of commission you would like to purchase (simple tweening, line boil, etc) choice of background, expression of the character, angle or pose of the character, special color palettes or any other important details.- For animated profile picture commissions, you are welcome to use this source to select the type of movement you would like me to use. Flip through the options to find which one you'd like, and include the associated ID in your commission message.Please ensure you attach all relevant information to avoid delays by unanswered questions.-------5) I will review your request as soon as possible.
I will confirm if you have completed the commission agreement form, and I will also gauge if your request abides by the terms.-------6) If your request meets both of these requirements, I will respond with a price for your commission.
You will then need to pay through PayPal.
You are required to pay 60% of the price before I start your commission.If you prefer, I will also accept 100% payment prior to starting your commission. This is option is entirely up to your preference.Once you have paid, I will respond with confirmation that I received the payment and that I have officially accepted your commission.-------
Completion time will vary between commission orders.Below is a table of estimated time for each commission type, with respect to the day I accept your commission:

I will do my best to complete your commission in a reasonable amount of time.I will notify you if I need an extension or if I am unable to meet a reasonable deadline.-------7) Throughout the production of your commission, I will regularly update you with sketches and WIPS for you to critique or approve of.
I want to stay true to your vision, so I will update you very frequently for approval. I will make whatever changes I need.Feel free to contact me at any point during production if you have questions or would like an update.-------8) Once the commission is complete and approved by you, you will pay me the remaining 40% of the agreed price. Once I recieve the payment, I will send you the finished file, and the process is complete!

Terms of Service

You, as the client, must abide by these terms in order to access the services I am offering.
Failure to abide by these terms will result in termination of service.I reserve the right to turn down any commission request I receive.
I will do my best to be courteous about declining your request, but I am under no obligation to accept every request I get.I will only be accepting payment through PayPal.
I will not accept non-direct payment (such as gift cards or game currency,) direct payment only.I will be charging a 60% down payment before I start working on your commission.
After the commission is completed and you have given me your approval, I will charge the remaining 40%.Your commission pricing may vary from listed values depending on the complexity of your commission.
If your commission is overly complex or simple, I may modify the pricing accordingly. I will always communicate my rationale if I choose to modify pricing.
You must approve the modified price before the commission process proceeds.
No additional adjustments will be made after you agree to a certain price.I will not accept your commission until you have completed the TOS/Commission agreement form.
I will be checking for your submission prior to accepting any requests. Please complete the form before you contact me with your commission request.
You must complete this form every time you make a commission.I will be watermarking your commission.
This is to ensure my work is not taken advantage of. It won't be anything too obtrusive; my watermarks are always quite subtle.As the creator of the commissioned work you will purchase, I am the owner of the copyright.
This means that you will own the digital copy of the commission, but you do not own the right to reproduce or distribute it. I am not currently interested in accepting commissions for commercial use.You may use your commission for any form of personal use.
So long as you are not profiting off of the commission, you are more than welcome to use it however you like, excluding the use of training AI. You may not use your commission to train AI models.You may share the commissioned work on your social media, so long as you are not claiming it is your work.
Please credit me when posting your commission!If for any reason I must discontinue a commission prior to its completion, you will be given a choice between two options.
I can either issue a partial refund according to the amount of work I have already completed, or you can opt to wait until I am capable of completing the work. I will offer a discount on future offers for compensation if you choose to wait.Regular customers (5+ commissions) will receive a permanent discount of 15%.
I will be using the commission agreement form to verify your eligibility.I am happy to draw characters of all species and bodytypes.
Below is a list of material I am willing and unwilling to produce:

_{*I will not draw a franchise character belonging to franchises I would rather not associate with. I will clearly communicate this to you if this becomes an issue.*Hard/complex gore may increase the pricing of your commission.*I will not draw 'pride flags' for dangerous/problematic groups, such as pedophile/zoophile 'pride.'*If you are looking for a commission depicting yourself, you will need to give me a drawn reference. I will not accept real-life photos as references.}By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this commission agreement.
